1530 A is a lighter version of our classical metal cutting machines. It is also lower, which makes it steadier. Its frame is made out of tubes, and inside it is strengthened with fire bricks. They can handle temperatures up to 1720 °C, eliminating the potential of deformation. The model has a 3 kW power course that allows cutting carbon steel sheets up to 20 mm, stainless steel up to 8 mm, and aluminum or brass up to 5 mm.

M1 1313 is a CNC router with a working area of 1300x1300 mm and a gantry height of 300 mm for processing large workpieces. This type features an M-series bed, which is strengthened and 10 mm thick. M-type is utilized on machines with powerful spindles of 3 kW or greater. This 1313 M1 has exactly that kind of power and a cutting fluid system to treat soft metals easily. This model has two mirrors allowing you to adjust the beam size and geometry for a variety of applications. PW Pro is a pulse laser cleaning machine that is ideal for removing thick layers of paint, oils, greases, etc., from various surfaces, even nonmetals. At Expo there will be a model with 300W power. This machine cleans with delicacy and is being used for materials that are sensitive to high temperatures. With adjustable pulse duration while maintaining peak power, this device allows for flexible customization of operations.

UV TT is an ultraviolet laser marker that has a 5W JPT source and can process almost everything in a wide range of colors, from metals and plastics to even food and diamonds. It may be equipped with different size lenses that may change the field of application. It can create serial numbers, QR codes, and other identification markers, as well as detailed and miniature images.

Also, this machine achieves the highest precision among all of the laser markers due to the size of a beam—it’s 30 times smaller than that of CO2.

FL TT is a fiber laser marker that is designed to process various types of metals, their alloys, leather, plastic, rubber, fabric, etc. However, at the SPS there will be two models with different technologies presented. The first one will have a Q-switch, and the second one—MOPA.

Q-switch provides faster blackening and graying of plastic materials and can be utilized to increase production efficiency in basic applications. The model at SPS will have a 50W laser source from Raycus but may be equipped with IPG, MaxPhotonics, or JPT if required.

MOPA can process even silver. The key is in the frequency range and pulse duration mechanism, which are larger than in the ordinary model or Q-Switch. This allows for more precision in marking and engraving, as well as a wider range of materials to be processed.
